Installing the Web-based Course Management System (WBCMS) is just the beginning.  Next you need to understand how it works and how you want it to work within your institution.  There are so many options and functionalities to explore and consider from default course settings to security.   This presentation will outline the process undertaken at Southern Cross University following the adoption of Blackboard CourseInfo, Version 4.10, Level 1.
