Ausweb Authors
Here are two templates for Ausweb 2001.
For those who haven't presented at Ausweb before, each paper gets its own directory on the server. Within that directory are at least two files:
- index.html - contains the abstract, some metadata and links to the full paper, an optional online presentation and the rest of the conference
- paper.html - contains the full text of the paper
Have a look at last year's proceedings at:
http://ausweb.scu.edu.au/aw2k/aw2k_papers.html to see how this works in practice.
The directory also contains images referenced by your paper, and anything else that you want on the Ausweb server.
We encourage you to make your online presentation (either an amplification of some aspects of your paper, or the thing you will use to present your paper at the conference) available on *your* server, but linked in.
The metadata in the index.html file is important for searching of the conference proceedings. Please make sure that you edit it to reflect *your* information, not the placeholders I included in the template file.
We will be contacting you within a week or so with information about how to upload your files to an FTP server, and also how to check the files once uploaded.
In the meantime, please rework your papers in line with the reviewer's comments and place them into the attached templates.
Let me know if you have any questions.
