Abstract

The demand for mobile access to web based services is set to increase dramatically in the near future. Like most universities, our web development teams are struggling to keep up with the demands and changes on standard browsers, let alone developing for the mobile web.

Our solution was to develop a framework that gives maximum accessibility to mobile devices with minimum initial development effort, allowing for expansion as demand and resources allow.
