 The AusWeb Roadshows Melbourne

AusWeb, in association with the Biomedical Multimedia Unit and ASCILITE, is pleased to announce the Melbourne leg of the AusWeb2K Roadshow, a one day symposium comprising the best of the education related presentations from the upcoming AusWeb2K conference in Cairns on 12 - 17 June, 2000.


The Roadshow features a keynote presentation and workshop by Professor Rik Hall from the University of New Brunswick in Fredericton Canada. Rik has 14 years experience in distance education, including 5 years as the Director of Distance Education at UNB and has presented at many international computer, educational and technological conferences. Rik also hosts the World Wide Web Courseware Developers Listserv with more than 1500 members worldwide and chairs the international North America Web web-based conference. He recently received the "Outstanding Canadian Distance Educator" award at the ITC conference in Austin TX.
