You are all invited to help us travel the world without leaving our classroom.
We are a fifth grade class in Bristol, Rhode Island, USA. We are working on a project called "Around the World in 80 days". Our goal is to connect with as many people as possible within our 80 school day timeframe, through the letters/surveys returned from this request. We will be using the information we receive to learn about the different countries and places of those who respond. Weekly classroom activities will include charting responces, and measuring the distance from out location to yours. This will add excitement to our writing and reading activities, as well as, our technology skills.
