WWW adoption by small firms: research in progress
Paul Cragg <p.cragg@afis.canterbury.ac.nz>
Paul is a senior lecturer in information systems at the University of
Canterbury in New Zealand. His main research interest is in small
firm computing, with particular emphasis on managerial and
organisational issues. He is currently working on a number of
projects. One of these focuses on IS strategic alignment, and another
on WWW adoption.
Paul says about his poster:
There is plenty of anecdotal comment about the WWW and small firms,
but little rigorous research to date. I will outline my own research
plans. I aim to encourage others to consider the WWW and small firms
as a fruitful area for research, and I will be keen to discuss
opportunities for collaborative research."
