Conclusion

• A real problem requiring arbitrary programs to be run from a browser was presented.
• Three possible solutions are available
  • Trust the browser to send only ``nice'' programs.
  • Trust the server to return the sent program.
  • Run a proxy locally.
• The last solution is implemented for the subject Operating Systems at the University of Canberra
