From Hypertext to Flat Text: A Tool for Document Construction

Wanli is a PhD student at ANU who is mainly interested in parallel computation,

Wanli says about his paper:
"The paper suggests a tool which can automatically follow hyper links
of a document and replace the link with its real content. In other words,
the tool can transfer the hyperlinked structure to a flat one. With the
tool, fetching a document from the WWW will be easier."
