Abstract

In this paper, we have suggested looking at web design from the stakeholders' point of views and we have also proposed a systematic and structured user-centred design approach to integrate the goals of these stakeholders. We find that looking at web design from "answers first, then questions" viewpoint, that is volunteering information to the users, helps the design of the detailed web pages. By understanding the purposes for interactivity and various types of interactivity can also guide the designing process.
