Thanks to Gregg Webb for the following info on problems encountered while printing these proceedings.

I'm reasonably certain that I have now identified the reason for the print problem that I've been having. It's an incompatibility between Netscape 2.02 and the LaserWriter driver (both version 8.3.4 and version 8.4.1). This can be tested by printing from Netscape to a file instead of the printer. Printing from the file using a different program should produce a correct printout.

I've also added more memory to my machine and tried Netscape 4.01. This prints my paper correctly although I notice that the new Netscape splits graphics across pages which looks ugly.
